These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Merge Network website located at mergenetwork.com (the "Site") and, where applicable, the Merge Network platform located at app.mergenetwork.com (the "Platform"), operated by Merge Network ("Merge Network," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site, requesting a demo, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the Platform.
The Platform is intended for use by personal injury law firms, medical providers, and their authorized personnel in connection with case referral coordination, treatment tracking, and related record exchange. Access to the Platform requires a separate agreement with Merge Network and is not granted automatically by using this Site.
This Site (mergenetwork.com) is marketing and informational only. It does not process, store, or transmit case data, patient records, or Protected Health Information (PHI). The Platform (app.mergenetwork.com) is where actual case referrals, treatment tracking, and record exchange take place, and is governed by a separate customer agreement entered into directly with Merge Network at the time of onboarding.
If you submit the "Book a Demo" form on this Site, you consent to Merge Network contacting you at the email, phone number, or other contact information you provide, for the purpose of scheduling and conducting that demo. See our Privacy Policy for how that information is used.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and the underlying design — is the property of Merge Network or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our prior written permission, except as necessary to view the Site in a standard web browser for your own reference.
This Site uses third-party services including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Calendly to operate certain features (analytics and demo scheduling, respectively). Your use of those features is also subject to the respective third party's own terms and privacy practices.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Merge Network does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Merge Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site. This Section does not apply to the separate customer agreement governing use of the Platform, which contains its own terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
